Mr. David Too is the  Director, Legal Services, at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. He holds an LLB Hons degree from the University of Nairobi, an, Master of Business Management (MBA) (Executive) Degree from the Moi University. Mr. Too is an  Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has practiced law for over twenty years. Has worked in the Anti-corruption field for over 10 years.
