DIRECTOR, ETHICS AND LEADERSHIP

FCPA John Lolkoloi is the Director, Ethics and Leadership at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Mr. John Lolkoloi is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya CPA () and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CF)E. He is a member of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). CPA John Lolkoloi has vast training and experience in accounting, audit, tax and forensic investigation. John Lolkoloi has undertaken various leadership and management training including International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) USA, Strategic Leadership Development Program, Corporate Governance and Project Management among others. CPA John Lolkoloi joined the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) in 2005 as a Financial Forensic Investigator and rose to the position of Deputy Director, Forensic Investigations in 2014, a position he held for 7 years until January 2022 when he was promoted to Director, Ethics and Leadership. As Deputy Director, Forensic Investigations he led and managed teams of diverse professionals that investigated corruption and economic crimes matters as well as supported prosecution of cases in court. Lolkoloi has investigated various cases of corruption and testified in several courts leading to convictions and recovery of public property. CPA John Lolkoloi previously worked at the Kenya Revenue Authority for six years as an Accountant, Internal Auditor and Senior Revenue Officer. As of 2023, FCPA Lolkoloi has worked in the anti-corruption field for 18 years and in tax administration for 6 years. In 2019, John Lolkoloi received a presidential award –Order of the Grand Warrior of Kenya –OGW for distinguished and outstanding service to the nation. In 2020, CPA John Lolkoloi received a commendation from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (IFCPAK) in recognition of service rendered to the accounting profession. In recognition of his contributions to the accounting profession CPA John Lolkoloi was on 1st December 2023 conferred with the award of Fellowship and admitted to the College of Fellows of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). CPA John Lolkoloi is therefore authorised to use the title Fellow of the Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPA).
